The Hospital has a dedicated Endoscopy Unit available to both inpatients and outpatients. With the latest technologically advanced range of endoscopes, ancillary equipment and video systems, they are able to obtain excellent images of very high quality. The Unit incorporates a procedure room, recovery and changing areas. The Unit also has state-of-the-art decontamination facilities to ensure thorough and effective cleaning of all equipment. The endoscopy team consists of accredited consultants working in conjunction with dedicated specialist nurses.

The Endoscopy Unit is fully equipped to perform both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as:
