Mr Chris Goodfellow is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Chelmsford, Essex.

 

Chris Goodfellow is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and

Gynaecologists with a large amount of clinical experience.

 

He began his career in obstetrics and gynaecology working in busy NHS centres in Leeds, Bristol, London and Chelmsford over a period eight years. This was followed in 1981 with a two year university post as an honorary consultant in Leeds, combining successful research with an active clinical post. Chris Goodfellow then continued within the NHS in Essex as a consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from 1983 to 2004, and privately from 1983 onwards.

Chris Goodfellow has maintained his interests in labour ward management, CTG’s and perinatal mortality for 30 years. He developed a further interest in colposcopy, laser and gynae oncology, advanced laparoscopic surgery, urodynamics and gynaecological urology and was appointed lead gynaecological oncologist in 1997.
