Jaan Panesar has a specialist interest and comprehensive understanding in all aspects of: 

• Paediatric ENT in particular children with adeno and tonsillar disease, hearing loss and airway disorders. She leads the paediatric ENT services at Luton and Dunstable NHS Trust.  

• Head and Neck Cancer She uses a multidisciplinary approach to patients with head and neck cancer and works closely with the Mt Vernon radiation oncologists to provide patients with state of the art treatments.  

• Neck Lumps Through a process of careful examination and video camera analysis of the upper airway, she ensures that the neck lumps are not cancerous. 

• Salivary Gland disease She uses small incision surgery to remove lumps in the salivary glands. 

• Snoring She adopts a multidisciplinary approach to treat patients. Before recommending surgery she ensures that there is no obstructive sleep apnoea. 

• Allergy and Sinus disease She conducts allergy tests and uses minimally invasive endoscopic techniques to treat sinus disease.
