What the National Association for Pre-Menstrual Syndrome can do for you

Becoming a member of N*A*P*S gives you access to a range of information and support specifically designed to help PMS sufferers - we do hope you will join us including:-

  • a national helpline run by professional and fellow sufferers;
  • a separate telephone helpline offering advice to partners of PMS sufferers;
  • "Understanding PMS" - an information booklet covering symptoms, causes, treatments and dietary information.
    Extra copies are available at a cost of £3.50 inc p&p (free to members)

  • a regular member's magazine

  • a list of trained contacts who can supply further information and advice;

  • a list of N*A*P*S members in your area who can offer you local support

The current cost of memberships are:

  • Standard £15.00
  • Family £17.00
  • Reduced Income (DSS benefits and students) £7.50
  • Qualified health professional £20.00
  • Health Professional Student £10.00
  • Overseas £22.50
