What the Blood Pressure Association can do for you

About the Blood Pressure Association

We were officially launched in October 2000 to act as a forum for individuals whose lives are affected by blood pressure, drawing attention to the importance of high blood pressure and trying to ensure better detection, management and treatment. There are approximately 10 million people with high blood pressure in the UK, and we will be raising public awareness of this condition, what causes it and how it is best treated.

Importantly, we will be trying to help people to manage their blood pressure better themselves by providing information and support. Our long-term aim is to empower individuals so that they become much more responsible for the management of their own blood ressure.Throughout our website, you can find out more about our services and activities by clicking on to highlighted words.
